| Tinkerbell has stripes! I have been wanting to ask this for a while but can't seem to get a good picture of it. Tinkerbell has about 3 inches of grey at the roots. Now that it is getting so long, I see she actually has stripes in the grey of where it has come in very light then very dark, then very light again, about 3 stripes. Now it is coming in dark again. Does anybody else have a striped yorkie? I keep wondering what color will she be? This picture doesn't show very well because of the light shining on it. |

| She's certainly changing colour I'd say! She has such a lovely shiny coat!! Gypsy Rose appears to be changing too but not in the same way - hers is mostly at the back and is underneath her black colour! I was told by a breeder that it will never come through the black, no idea if this is true. What shampoo do you use? Ana xx

| Oh wow! It should be interesting to find out exactly what color she ends up to be! Sully's hair is like Tinkerbell's...changing a LOT in fact his is changing even more dramatically b/c he's got a lot of blonde. I'll attach a photo...crazy, huh?! He needs to be groomed, asap.

| I have been using Solid Gold. But I wouldn't recommend it for a yorkie. It has jojoba oil in it for their skin and it leaves her looking oily in a few days time. I am going to be ordering some of the other shampoos that people have recommended soon. The Solid Gold I bought for my maltese with dry skin, works good on her, just too oily for Tinkerbell's silky coat. |

| Shes definitely changing color. My dogs don't have stripes but an undercoat that is lighter.

| Bell had kind of stripes too! Until she turned pure blue! How old is Tinkerbell?? Maybe she is just meant to be blue and gold. Their hair changes so much!! Nothing to be concerned about.. She is beautiful..

| Tinkerbell is 6 1/2 months old. Here is a head shot of her today after her bath. Took it just in time before she got that barrette out. |

| My Scooter's hair did that too! I don't have any pics with me here at work, but I will look for one soon. It eventually turned mostly silver, but he still has black roots (he is 14y/o now). My mother is a cosmotoligist back in my home town and people have actually asked me if she has dyed it |

| My mom used to work as a cosmotologist. She always says that TInkerbell needs a dye job. |
