| That's a very cute picture. I know that all of our babies love to be near us at all times...even when we drive. But be careful. It is against the law (at least in PA) to have an animal unrestrained in the car. I know someone who got a $500 fine. Because of this...I keep Syd strapped in at all times. |

| Anyone in CALI that knows the law? Are we supposed to have them restrained in a crate or car seat? Is it against the law to have them sitting in your lap?
