Rex is sooo gorgeous! He is such a cute little Morkie! Like I said before, I almost got one, but I am glad that I didn't because then I woudln't have my little TJ! Morkie's are adorable though, especially little Rex!

LOL Lenora!! i actually just posted that picture of him cause i couldn't find a recent one of him... but a lot of people tell me he looks like an Ewok from Star Wars lol :D

..edited.. i found a picture of him recently! (like july 1st).. this was after he got groomed and he was taking a nap :D

Just had to chime in here. Our Stormy is a Morkie (or Yorktese) & we got her from the above mentioned website. We drove to Joplin, MO in May to pick her up. We wanted a second puppy to raise alongside Kodah & put a lot of thought into what to get. Love the Maltese, but the white coat & grooming scared me, so we ended up with a "black Maltese" (that's what she looks like). She is probably the sweetest dog I have ever been around - just one cuddly fluff ball. She weighed 3 lbs at 18 weeks, so we are thinking she will be around 6 lbs. & it is correct, you never know what Morkies are going to look like as an adult. Stormy's breeder raises Maltese, Yorkies & Morkies - had a waiting list for Morkies - & the picture of the three puppies in the website mentioned above are the three different colors they usually get. Many people have strong opinions on mixing these breeds , but we have given this one a very good home!!!!! :D

why is it some people frown on cross breeds? some of the best dogs ive had or known have been cross breeds. :) dianne :)

If you are looking at the pups in the basket--my morkie pup looks like the one on the left (the first one). When he came to me he had tan and cream markings on his face and all four paws. I have only had Jacks (real name Jack-Jack after the Incredibles) for 5 weeks and he is already changing. The markings are getting bigger around his head--I think his head will be more tan and white with a little black mixed in. His whole body is black but his bottom is white. I love him and he is a cutie. Once I learn how to get my pics on here--I will put on up.

Rachelfraim, Stormy is so cute!!! I almost got a Morkie because I wanted a Maltese that wasn't white! LOL! I ended up getting another Yorkie (TJ) who I love to death!

Puppyperson, you have to post pictures of Jack-Jack ASAP! Or just send some through e-mail to me at shortirishcuti@adelphia.net I am dying to see your Morkie!!! :D

OMG those puppies (especially the one in the middle) are so cute. They remind me of a little stuffed-animal bear. :p
