| First off welcome to YT - can't wait to see pictures of your new baby. I want to bump this up and see what advice others might give you. But the best things I can suggest are love, time and patience are what you need for your new furbaby

| Welcome to YT and congrats on getting a new baby. YT is a wonderful source on info. I didn't find it until Murfee was already 3 years old so I just went on instinct and treated him like the baby he was LOTS of spoiling and loving. Good luck, I'm sure you will be an awesome mommy.

| Yorkies are the best breed ever! Give your baby a lot of love and attention, and you will be fine. Training takes patience, but these dogs are smart, and can be trained to be great family members. |

| Advice: stay on YT! I've learned so much on this site, and I didn't stumble upon it until my pups were over 2 years old! Just give lots of exercise, discipline, and affection, just like any dog needs, and you will do just fine! Just a few things to consider. What will you be feeding your pup? How do you plan on potty training, outside, inside? Litter box? Potty pads? You can find lots of experience on this site about what works well for everyone, and remember that we all have different opinions and THAT'S OK!! Oh, and one more thing, CLOTHES CLOTHES CLOTHES!!! They're just so cute!

| Welcome! I guess, make sure you have all of your necessities...Harness (never walk you baby with a collar!!!), leash, food and water bowls, the same food as the breeder has him on now. Are you gonna pee pad train, or are you going to train to go outside? Make sure he has a bed and or crate. Mine sleep in the kitchen area in their beds, have all their necessities (food/water/toys/pee pads) and do well. Then they are played with all day by my 2 daughters. OH and hugs and kisses and patience!!!! Keep reading YT, search the site well and if you have what seems to be the silliest question to you, ask it! We all may learn something from it!
