| Baths While In Heat ?!? Hello All.... Well, last week I mentioned that Mz Meka had gone into heat... she was swollen and all that. And over the weekend she began the 2nd phase of it, so to say.... Now my question is - Is it okay to give her a bath? I hope it doesnt seem silly, but being a woman I was taught that you cant do certain things at certain times, so I wondered if it was the same for girl dogs... Also, doesnt putting a diaper/panties on them enable them from cleaning themselves? What do I do? Please advise

| I think it would be fine to give her a bath. Maybe you shouldn't submerge her in water, but a bath where you use a sprayer or pour water on her would be fine. A lot of people use diapers with no problems
