| Furbrat!!! Yesterday, my husband and I took Conner (the furbrat) to be groomed at the usual place. I took him in and said, "Mama will be back" which is what I say to him when I leave work in the morning (I work part-time). One of us always is paying attention to Conner, in fact, my husband calls him his "football buddy." I work part-time, but I have my sister come to my house every day to let him out and play with him and give him a snack. When we picked Conner up at the groomers yesterday, he looked so cute. I showered him with kisses and told him he looked beautiful. We went home and he took a nap, which is also usual when he is groomed. That night, he put his head on my shoulder and stayed for about 15 minutes, which is also usual. When it was time to go to bed, my husband "play scolded" Conner for licking his pillows, which they do every night. Conner jumps up when my husband asks him what he is doing. He also does his play growls. When I told Conner it was time to go night-night, he jumped off the bed and went into his hut (fabric dog house which is located in the bedroom), and he stayed there all night!!!! He never does that. Today I took him to the park (also with hubby). I told Conner that I was the boss. He gave me one of these and kept walking. Everyone tells me he is spoiled, and I know it. But, everyone that tells me he is spoiled, loves him because he has such a great personality. Do you think he was mad at me for taking him to the groomer? If so, he better get over it by January when he will be making another appearance there.

| Are you talking about him staying in his bed all night? If so, maybe he was just feeling like a big boy after all he did just get a new doo and was looking so cool. I'm sure he wasn't mad since everything else was normal. |
