| HELP! Yorki beating up on Silky I have a almost 5 month old Yorkie, (i've had her about a month now). 2.7 pounds, she is driving my 13 pound 6 year old Silky Terrier crazy. The Silky is so mild mannered and calm, the Yorki, HazelNut is her name, steels her treats, paws at her, chases her, bites her from behind, won't let her go down the stairs. She's like this little Tazmanian devil. When it get to much out of control, I put her in her kennel, she dosn't mind, just takes a nap. I live in Upper Michigan, it's 40 degrees right now, so I can't leave her outside to long to run off her excess energy. Any suggestions? Thanks ahead of time. |

| Mine did this to our chihauhau at about that age but now at 8 months he has calmed down "somewhat". Our Chihauhau refuses to play with him at all!! So he just gave up and has developed the steal the pen, cell phone, paper or what ever --so we will chase after him game! Oh then there is the "let me pull your sock off your foot game". He doesnt bother our chi much anymore. |

| this is a toddler trying to play with a much older fur friend. Give them time & lots of time. Can you spend some extra time walking Hazelnut or playing with her one-one? Help her wear herself out.
