Actually I groom my own dogs ... unless they get into burs or something... but my mom has maltese and they keep her girls for 1/2 a day easy. It drives her CRAZY... but if you gripe... you don't get back in... which sucks

I, too, have a great groomer (we have been going to her for 19 years with our pets). We do the bathing and comb outs on Shelby & Seymour. I have had good luck with the products that I use and the dogs like the attention from us (hubby & I make a mini "assembly line" when we bathe them

).
ON "bath day", my groomer will call when she is finished with her last dog and we drive to her shop. She trims them and does their nails.... while we wait

. It only takes about 30 minutes for both!! She don't charge a lot of $$$$ .... but of course, I always make a few "purchases" (she has a small retail business, too).

Hallee and Gracie are both there together from 1-4:30. They are always done by the time I get there.

I recently took Bella for her first puppy groom. She was dropped off at 1:00 and I picked her up around 4:30. She got a bath, ears cleaned, nails filed, face and body trimmed, feet trimmed up and sanitary cut.
