Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | there are a couple other threads on this food. check this one out http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...light=eukenuba i personally don't like eukanuba iams company to begin with. They could have the best food out there on the market and i still wouldn't buy it. this food in particular isn't the best. check out the ingredients. yuck

| Hmmm, marketing ploy or trying to cmpete with Royal Canin? I'll stick with Timberwolf and Orijen. (I use Royal Canin as "treats" at the daycare but it doesn't matter which "small dog formula") Alana

| I have learned so much on here! I read all the back threads and would now like some help. Both of my Yorkies were fed Royal Canin by their breeders, so I have stuck with that, but sounds like there are lots better out there. I plan on trying to find canidae, but will have to do it on line because I know it is not sold around here. "Vinnie's Mom" told me about it initially and really want to find it. I'm especially interested because we have a litter of 3 puppies now that were born with a genetic defect so they need all the help they can get. Is there something better than Canidae I should try considering the circumstances and can someone tell me where on-line I can find it. Like I said, these little guys need all the help they can get and I would appreciate any help. Thanks. |

| Canidae is one of the best foods. Ive got a link for it. You can also find it and other of the beter foods at feed stores. You can also google canidae and you might find other places that sell it http://www.google.com/pagead/iclk?sa...ae%7C912795663

| Canidae is a very good food but they have had some quality control issues lately and it concerns me. Right now I really like Innova. The dry is about 25% protein (atleast for adults) and the canned is much higher. I would not feed the canned until I knew that the dog didn't have any liver disease. Again, Canidae is good though.

Anyway...I don't feed it myself, but I know several people who do and are quite pleased with it. | |
