| Blue eyes? Green eyes?? I heard alot about color eyes in yorkies at least when you snap their pics, Tinkerbell always has green/yellow eyes in pics but her babies have blue?? Does that mean their coat will be different Tinkerbell is alittle blondie

| Good question. It is my understanding that if the eye color shows up Green the Yorkie is a silky coated Yorkie, which Buddy is and his eyes are emerald green in photos, if eyes show up blue they are cottony coated. Yellow/green ? Sorry can't help. I guess the only real things is to wait and see what kind of coat the pup's have. I bet they are adorable silky or cottony. |

| Lucy's eyes are green in photos. She is a silky coat.

| eyes All young puppies have blue/bluish eyes..it takes a few months for proper eye pigment to show in a photo or flashlight.... |

| Tinkerbell is very silky, I can't tell about her puppies coat but like I said I noticed the difference in eye color. Tinkerbell never had blue in her pics even as a young pup, she always had the green or yellowish/orangish The last pic is Tinkerbell at about the same age as her sons

| I thought yellowish/orange was a modified silk green is silk and red soft or cotton...

| My yorkie's eyes always show up as one green and one blue when pictures are taken. He has a silky coat though.

| Dexter shows up bluish and so far he seems to have a silky coat...what age are you able to tell what kind of coat a pup will have though? |
