| Thank You, I feel alittle better now that I know some on your babies have gone thru something like this in the past and recovered, Tinkerbell is such a sweet baby and my maltese loves to be held so it's like a shock to me that he can't stand to be loved. I have tried treats and sweet talking, sitting on the floor with him istead of picking him up, but nothing has worked maybe just a little time will do. I sure wish he was as sweet as he used to be poor my little Teddy

| Boy, that sure sounds right. Adie went through a period where she didn't want humans to pick her up or touch her. She didn't seem to be afraid as much as disinterested. Of course she was never more than a few feet away from Mommy all the time. She grew out of it within a couple of weeks. I think she was just identifying with the other dogs and bonding with them. |
