We can't even walk 3 feet without someone stopping and making a huge fuss, I like socializing Roxi to other people, but a line has to be drawn somewhere...

Parker gets excited and almost wiggles out of your arms, since I know this, I won't allow anyone to pick him up. I was in Home Depot yesterday in the gardening section, he was on his leash and a lady asked if her son could pet him , I said sure.......the little boy bent down and petted him and then he went to pick him up, I bent down and picked up Parker and politely told him, you can't pick him up, because he wiggles and could fall out your arms.

I would have taken him from her.....and told her , sorry but I don't allow anyone to pick him up.
I couldn't imagine walking up and just picking up someone's pet without asking. I have never had a adult just do that, they always ask, and I do explain why , I won't allow it.
I don't mind anyone that wants to pet him, but no picking him up. He still does the puppy thing, and will extend to the end of his leash getting excited if someone pays him any attention. I want him to be socilalized but not hurt.
