| Who has a piddle pup?? My very sweet husband took his two best girls out for lunch today. We have this little shopping area in south Tampa that is dog friendly. There is even a dog boutique there. So we had a nice lunch outside so Bella could come. She behaved nicely, just smiling and shaking her tail at people passing by. Many people stopped to pet her but three times she made a little half dollar sized puddle from excitement. She is a year and seems to do it less and less... Does this ever go away?? |

| Thats Meka! Never fails that when someone new is around, she piddles from excitement. To the point that I hurry and pick her up if someone is approaching us, so that she wont do it... I thought it would go away eventually, but she's 8 mo's - and if your pup is a year old... maybe it wont ?!? Maybe its a Yorkie thing?

| Lucy is 8 months old. The only time she will do it is when my husband comes home from traveling. She gets SO excited she will piddle while running to him. It warms his heart that she is so happy to see him that he thinks it's endearing..lol

oh but the thing you need to ask your self is... is a yorkie the right kind of dog for you will they fit your life style and temperment can you cope with the potty training yorkies are kinda hard to potty train it took coco about 8 months to start getting it and now at one year of age she still has accidents but is way better at it. Remember when choosing a dog its ot only about awww its cute so i want there are other factors involved | |

| my Bichon will be 2 in march and she still does this...submissive peeing thing. Its annoying! I have to carry a small bottle of carpet cleaner when I bring her around to someones house. Sigh
