| i'm going through the same thing. my bella is less than 3lbs at 10 months of age and she has vet appointment tomorrow for teeth extractions, spaying, and microchipping. i'm afraid it might be too much for her. the doctor told me it's a twilight sedation... so it's not that harsh.

| Happy to hear you've made it back safely. I would ask your vet if they do alot of surgeries on smaller dogs. Or find one that does.

| i hope all goes well. Mika is more of a hearty lass, weighing more and all, but her little tummy is back so smooth and perfect you can't even tell anything was done. Best of luck to you both...our problem was keeping her from running like a mad woman. |

| I hope everything goes well in surgery. Dakota is almost 3 lbs and they won't me to wait until Janurary to get her fixed, so I get to put it off for a few more months. Please update us when you talk to the vet! |

Aw... so is my baby. I believe they will be alright. I know for sure my baby is being taken care of by a great doctor. I drive 20 miles every time for the vet visit. The doctor is totally worth it and I'm pretty sure your baby is in good hands.

| She is done....and my baby is in so much pain...she keeps wimpering, & I cry as I sit here. She also had 7 baby teeth pulled. I am warming up blankets to keep her warm and she is laying right next to me in her bed. She doesn't want to be held. =( Poor Paris, but on the positive, she did very well going under, so those who are afraid, just find the best vet you know. Mine even had to hug me to tell me it will be all right. |
