| questions on size and grooming My Yorkie is 7 months and weighs 6.5 lbs. Do you think he will get any bigger than that? He seems small to me. Also, when I brush him, he looks so beautiful, but when I am done, he shakes it out and looks just as scruffy as if I did nothing? Any way to keep his hair smooth looking? He does look cute being scruffy, but am worried about knots in hair. When I shampoo him, should I use a conditioner? |

| He may get a little bigger yet. One of mine stopped growing at 7 months and the other at 11 months. The type of shampoo and conditioner you use can make a big difference. I use minksheeen shampoo and pantene conditioner. I usually leave the pantene on for ten minutes before rinsing. This leaves their hair silky smooth and tangle free. Here is a link to the minksheen http://www.touchofmink.com/prod_details.asp?id=15
