| I keep looking at all the pictures and can't wait until I can post a picture with my own baby. Thanks again to everyone for showing me pictures of your babies. I think I have an idea of how "big" these babies actually get. In Mexico, everyone mostly has Poodles. I think I saw two Yorkies since I've been here and those were at the dog show my school has before the beginning of the semester. One of them was in a show coat. Too bad I didn't ask the girl if she had gotten her doggie here or somewhere else. Thanks again to everyone. The search for my baby continues.... |

| these are my two girls. gracie is 4.5lb and tumi is 3.5 lb. Both are small. But they are very very healthy and sturdy. Tumi is like an energizer bunny..she keeps going and going. |

I hear what you're saying. Had I written my original reply better, I would have worded it differently. What I was really trying to say was be careful of breeders who say "we breed teacups and micro-tinies!" - that kind of thing. In other words, be careful about from whom you buy a tiny. And, if you do buy a tiny from a "normal" litter, you should really talk at length to the breeder as to the health of that runt from day one (and hopefully get the truth). Bc you are 100% correct, LaBrown, they can starve in the womb - not always - but they def. can. Btw, I'm really glad you stressed "never less than 4 pounds!" in your comment about "smaller" parents, bc that's great advice to give poeple who are interested in "tinies" (a major red flag to watch for in breeders). I like the way you "argue" - now if everyone were just that way....sigh....

| Gino is 7 1/2 months old and weighs 2 lbs 12 oz as of last week. He will be neutered on Tues, and maybe after that he will gain another pound or two. His parents were both around 4-5 lbs each.
