SHOCKED...Maxx May Not Have Died!! Scammed!?!

The awful things that people do! I was scammed pretty bad before I got Lida Rose. Was promised a pup through a want ad in a community online paper, pics were sent, date set to see puppy, got email that pup had been killed by a cat. Was promised a replacement, pics were sent, arranged pick up date, no one shows, got email that house was broken into and pups were stolen. Did some research, pic stolen, no such person, no puppies ever! I felt heartbroken, used, and idiotic. I tried to keep up my faith in people and thanks to the wonderful people here on YT I have been able to trust again. I must admit I was worried about getting Lida up until the moment I had her in my arms.
It's not just the internet either, scams for money and just for fun are everywhere nowadays. I found a lot of comfort knowing that those poor puppies didn't exist and have awful things happen to them and that there are decent people out there.

You are so right! It's not just the internet. There are tons of dishonest people out there. It makes puppy searching very scary and very risky. People just need to be very careful and find the good people that are out there.
