|  Newbie here!  I'm Widdles Mom! Wid is about 5 1/2 months old. He came into my life a little over a month ago from a very neglectful home that is currently under investigation by the SPCA. He came to us weighing 2.10 lbs and full of coccidia and giardia. He is now clean of those critters and weighs in at 3.00!!His previous...ahem....non-caretaker didn't notice that he had been born until he was already days old, so he has a full tail and 'thumbs'. We like his looong tail..lol! He is an absolute doll-baby that warmed up to us in no time! He still has a few behaviors that tell of his 'other' life...like eating ravenously and extremely fast whenever food is within reach, and flattening out and freezing when he hears footsteps coming quickly. | Welcome to YT. And Congrats on your furbaby. It sounds like he is in a better place. Give him time he will come around, and once he knows that he is going to get to eat everyday that will go away. Keep up the good work.
