| Silky or Cott0ny? CAn anyone tell me if she is silky or cottony. Her eyes flashes green with a picture. Will she remain gray-silver or grow black again? Thanks for the help!

| My guess would be silky. My boy, who has a cottony coat has an orange-ish eye flash. My girl, who has a silky coat, has a green eye flash ans her coat looks similar to your baby's coat.

| Silky and gorgeous. If anything, she will become more silver. Delilah looked just like all Yorkies that meet the standard when she was 3 months old. Now, she is a platinum blonde except for her head and has plenty of International Champions in her pedigree. I love the look. |

| Natalie's eyes reflect blue with a flash... what does that mean as far as her coat color? At 6 months old I still can't tell if she's silky or cottony.... with her being my first Yorkie, I don't have much to compare her coat to, but we're sure having a time with it!! It's very thin... she has quite a bit of hair - just thin... and there is NO keeping it "pretty"... one shake and she's all frizzed out!!

| Those pictures are just too cute Yorkies are definitely the best They all have a different character in their face and they sure know how to charm Bikini is exactly 5 month or 22 weeks.... she is now being back to a nice healthy pup... She was so sick at the beginning of the month, I though I would loose her I'm glad she's back to normal I think she is silky too but I don't have any other dogs around to compare... anyway I love her so much!

| From what I understand, red means cottony or 'non-silky' coat. Green means 'silky' coat.
