I use Murphy's Oil Soap on our wood floors. I keep the furkids off it until it's dry.

Just an FYI on the wet swifter. I have heard that dogs have gotten very sick and some died after walking on floors(then licking their paws) cleaned with the swifter. I have been told there is something like antifreeze in the liquid.
I don't know how true this is but, wanted to pass it along.

I only use Mr. Clean. And I don't let them on the floor until it is totally dried.

I use the Swiffer wetjet. I never have to worry cause cody has never gone in there

Swiffer, no worries no antifreeze in there tracked that down one time.

The vinegar solution that I use is 1 cup of vinegar to a gallon of water. Make sure you use plain white vinegar. This solution can be used on all kinds of floors, windows, in bathrooms, pretty much anywhere. It will not leave a stinky smell. It will kill odors and bacteria and leave your house fresh shiny and clean. Also, you do not need to rinse it off.
