awww i think i want one oh quick question if you mix a chocolate colored onw with a standard color one what color will the babies be???

Normally asking a member for pics wouldn't, but you and everyone else know good and well the turmoil that has been brewing amongst members regarding this very topic lately. I was trying to answer her question--told her what section to go to to see pics, and without making a big deal out of it (so I thought, anyway ) let her know it was a hot topic here.

If your standard color one does not carry chocolate you will not likely get any chocolate puppies, but the puppies will then be chocolate gene carriers
when you breed a chocolate to a standard.

What's to hate? It's true. Doesn't make them 'lesser dogs.' A 10 pound Yorkie isn't a 'lesser dog' either, just doesn't fit into the set standard. I have nothing against any of them--any Yorkie, any color or size is cute to me and I like to see pictures of ALL of them. I just think we could do without the debates on the subject since nothing is ever accomplished by them.

Here is my choc baby....I love him just as much as I would if he was standard. He is also 11 pounds! Lol, he is non-standard all around

Yeah, he looked just like a little teddy bear when he was a baby; I miss him being that little. He is a big yorkie but, still a little dog. My Daisy is big for her breed to (Chihuahua) she is 9 pounds. Thank you so much!
