I just got MIA I just picked up Mylittle MiA. She is so tiny how do you take her outside? You would have to carry her for I to have about 4 steps from my deck to the backyard. What about a leash she is sooooo tiny I would be scared to put her on a leash I was thinking about a harness???? I have a vet check today so yesturday she stayed inside and thank god the winds were really blowing yesturday. She arrived happy and very playful I see how one can really spoil these YORKIES and how easily one can Fall in LOVE!!!!:aimeeyork |

Help with potty training We have had our Yorkie for about 3 months. He was 1 yr old when we got him from a friend of the family. He was not potty trained nor crate trained not neutered. We have since had him neutered, pretty sure he is crate trained for night time sleeping but he is still not fully potty trained. He does go pee pee and poop outside when we take him out regularly but sometimes he sneaks away and pees or poops in the house. We are not sure why he does this. He seems to know when he has to go. But we cannot get him to tell us. We put a bell on the door thinking we could teach him to ring the bell when he needs to go out. That has not worked. We reward him with praise and treats when he goes outside..........HELP!!!! Thanks |
I've had my yorkie for almost a week. He's currently 3 months. We're trying to train him to go outside and do his busniess. He occasionally goes pee/poops outside when we see him stiffing the ground in the house. But he manange to go inside the house also. Also, the first 2, 3 nights that i've had him, he did fine in his little crate, but after the 4th night, he would whine and cry and bark because he didnt want to sleep there alone. He loves sleeping with me on my bed. what should i do?! |
