Accidents Aftere Being Spayed Rosie was accident free for about 2 months. She used her pads when we were home and would go outside when we took her. Once she got spayed about 1 month ago, she started having accidents. She does not use her pad anymore. Any suggestions of what to do? I don't understand why she started doing this after she got spayed.

Emma had a couple accidents after her spay too...but that was only within two weeks of her spay. She hasn't had any lately. I heard from others that their girls had accidents after the spay too-could be medication, or not being able to hold it after surgery. Or, could she have a bladder infection unrelated to the spay? Just an idea-you might call your vet.

Thanks for the reply. Since it has been 1 month, I do not think it is the medication anymore. Also, we had a test for bladder infection and she does not have one. Any other suggestions? I don't know how much longer I can handle this.
