| ![]() My baby (2 1/2 years) was sitting outside on my lap relaxing while I was talking to some neighbors. All of a sudden, he peed right on my leg!! He has never ever done anything like this to me or anyone else. Any ideas what that was about? They don't have any dogs, or pets, we were just sitting. |

| ![]() Somebody on anothe thread, said the Dog Whisper says when a dog voids on you, it means he has no respect for you. The dog does not veiw you as a leader, but as a subordinate. The Dog Whisper would suggest that you begin the process of reasserting yourself as the leader of the pack. There are many ways to accomplish this and there have been many topics on this issue on this board. |

there's so many reasons why your yorkie may have pee'd on your lap. it can be marking. it can be submissive urination (which doesn't require another pet to be present. just a different reaction to different people. my yorkie will bark at some of my friends but not at others. i still can't figure out why. go figure.) it can be a urinary tract infection. or maybe he was spooked by something you didn't sense but he did. has he done it again? is his behavior changed in anyway? has he been neutered. if he hasn't done again since, then i wouldn't worry about it. if it happens again, maybe it's a good idea to take him to the vet and eliminate an infection as a possible cause. | |

| ![]() I didn't want to put this in the post above hehe but I thought about it and thought maybe you would get a chuckly out of it. His accidents were usually pee, but he did after a few weeks start pooing too - and when he poos he kicks it!!!! ![]() Needless to say, I had my sister and husband over for dinner one night and he pooed...just immagine me seeing him pooing and running throught my house yelling "no Boethius no" then turning and running the other way yelling "everyone duck!" It was not funny at the time, but now it is! ![]() THAT ![]()
