| bedwetting My 9 month old Yorkie sleeps with us every night. this morning after we had got up, he got back on the bed and wet the bed. This is so out of character that I am quite worried. Has anybody had this experience and how should I manage it? |

| hello and welcome to yt....has he had any other issues with peeing that you have noticed? Lola has done this on our bed once and I believe she was marking...as it was an isolated incident with no other bladder issues.

| thanks, except for really struggling with him marking one specific carpet, this is the first incidence. He is such a lovely little fellow and is spoilt with love and attention. People have warned me that he might feel like he is in charge of me, so I have tried to be aware. Just don't want him to be sick and would hate for him to sleep back in his basket. what worried me was that he normally knows when he does wrong, but he did not even blink when I discovered the wet bed! |

| does he mark anything else in the house? to your knowledge. You could always put a call into your vet to see about if you may want to have him seen...UTI or bladder infection may cause an accident. if you dont catch them in the act and it is marking you may not see them react that way.
