| Trained 7 month old is having accidents.... Hi. Our puppy Bailey was spayed about 3 weeks ago and has been having accidents in the house the last few days out of the blue. Shes always been great, she goes to the landing when she has to go out...but today she just decided to pee on my bed and has gone a few other times in various places. At first, I thought it was our fault for not paying attention to her, but now I'm not so sure. Also, we know she can hold it, because she's in her kennel all day while we're at work, and she NEVER goes in there. What could be causing her to regress? Any help would be great! |

| It's very common for them to have accidents after a spay. It will pass, but you also need to be watchful during this time. You might also want to have her checked by the vet to be certain she does not have a uti.

| Thanks for the reply. We'll keep on her and hopefully she'll get back to normal. I'm pretty sure she doesnt have a uti, but if I see any other symptoms, I'll be sure to take her in. Hopefully its just a phase! |

| Has the weather changed? I tend to have to have housetraining refresher courses with the first cold snap.
