| Why does she do this? This only happens when we are *not* home. I give the girls a bowl of food and water and Lola (my 3 yr old)will tip both bowls upside down and eat the food off the floor, only after she kicks it around. We were in Florida last week and she dumped her dishes every night, this was a problem because I would leave them in the hotel room alone and was concerned with them not having water. They also soaked the rug daily. They both come to work with me on Saturdays and not five minutes go by she dumps her bowls. Today they went to my mom's, who is a total clean freak and you guessed it, Lola dumped her bowels and mom freaked over the mess. She started this behavior as a puppy but now she does it everytime we go out. I'm afraid my mom won't babysit if she keeps this up

| I had the stainless steel bowls with the rack and she would use her little paw to spin the dish around and around....the noise made me nuts

| Some dogs, even ones that aren't Yorkies, do this. Get bowls that can not be tipped over. Many dogs do not like to eat out of a bowl and love to throw their food around before they eat it. I think they might consider their food prey. |
