| I think most come in a standard size. I would get the biggest you can so he can have room for a bed , toys, food , potty pads ( if you use them) I have a playyard that was fine when Chloe was a pup , but seems small for her now ( its 4x4 ) so I want to get a bigger one.

| I think they come in a standard "length" but the heights are different. We have the smallest in height, but Shelby & Seymour are not climbers. You can get softsided ones, too, which are great if your Yorkie climbs....... which are really nice.

| I have the soft sided one around the front door so they don't bolt outside after the UPS truck, but I wouldn't put a dog in it inside anyway. That thing slides so easily that a puppy jumping up and down on it would move it all over a floor. I'd go with the medal one. That's what all my girls stayed while in training as puppies. I have two of these and just love them. We take them with us when we travel so they will have a fenced area outside, and to any Yorkie meet-up to help make the area larger when others bring pens.
