| Housebroken.....or not. So like many of you here, we've been having potty accident issues. Darwin is 11 months old, and has been potty trained ever since he was 5 ,or 6 months to go pottying outside. In the past 2 weeks, he's had 3 pee accidents and 1 poop accident inside. I am so disappointed...don't know what to do. Not too much of his daily routine has changed in the past couple of weeks, except that I've been traveling quite a bit, and my roommate has been watching him for me. Tonight, however, with both of us in the house, he made no attempt to let us know he needed to go out, and just snuck off and peed on the carpet. What should I do? Start over with crate training? Does this mean he isn't potty trained? Sigh.... |

| Does he have too much freedom right now? Sounds like just a few accidents so maybe he's learned that he can sneak around and potty when you're not watching? I don't think you need to regress to the crate - maybe just a baby gate to keep him in the room with you? Good luck!
