New Puppy! Stubborn and bed wetter!

Hi all, we are new to the website, and new to being dog moms! We recently got our baby only 4 days ago. She is a morkie, and is adorable! We brought her home to our house (where we live in an in-law with our parents) and were thrilled when she had no accidents on the hard wood floors in our parents half
of the house and continuously peed on her pee pads!

Now our part of the house is all carpet, and miss Daisy for the most part will use her pee pads with the occasional accident (which is fine with us- she's 13 wks old and came from a pet store) Our issue lies with her crate!! We have a divider for her so there's not much room to move around in except to sleep, and we are waking up all hours of the night to put her on her pee pads, but for some reason she's still peeing in her crate and doesn't seem to mind laying in it! We stop feeding her/giving her water after 9 PM (We have late jobs and she comes to work with us) and is so stubborn when we wake up to put her on the pad.

We are hoping she will break this habit, and our sleepless nights will pay off. Right now it's just seeming tough with being up every two hours for a wet stinky baby in the morning.

Would anyone be able to offer any tips or experience you may have with your pooch?
