| New 4 mo old. Am considering purchasing a 4 month old male tonight. I have a 6 mo old male already. How will I know when I look at him if he is well socialized. I don't really know what to look for. I guess I'm going to have to rely on the breeder to answer my questions honestly. What should I ask?

| Mainly just watch how they interact.....but do keep in mind that they may just be lazy at the time...nap time. When I went to pick out ours....I spent an hour or so there and played with them all. I really looked at the eyes and such. |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | You should be able to tell. If he is friendly and not real skittish he is probably socialized. The longer you can spend there the more you will be able to tell. Good luck

| Thanks for the posts. The breeder let me bring him home for a few days to see how he gets along with pookie. He's not socialized, but he is friendly enough, very shy, but not skiddish. We'll see.
