| Petsmart training I went by petsmart today and signed Jake up for a beginner's class and also signed up my new lil girl for the puppy class. I was really satisfied with the trainer. She was cute too which, me being a single guy will enjoy the class twice as much I went into Petsmart to get a harness for Jake and she helped me pick it out as well as a toy for Jake. Also just wanted to check and see prices on the training and I got to watch one her classes. Jake loved her and she seemed to do a really good job. So cross your fingers for Jake and for my new lil girl that I haven't named yet!

| Good Luck and let us know how the classes go. I have had my puppy in one puppy class that was put on by someone at my vet clinic. I haven't heard from anyone that took their dog to the Petsmart classes and I'm curious how good they are.....what are the details? How often and how much?

| What will? The fact that you have women swarming at your feet or the fact that you have a yorkie?

| Spike and I took the beginner and intermediate classes at PetSmart and loved them. I want to sign him up for the advanced class, but so far, my schedule hasn't allowed it! |

| That is great to hear! I did some searching here on YT and the general consensus was that they were good classes. I have already taught Jake to sit, but I don't know how to really teach a dog. Not only will this be good for him, it will also be good for me! I am excited and like I said earlier, I met the instructor and Jake LOVED her.

| My 8 month old Max went to his second beginner class at Petsmart last night. The trainer is really good, but the trick is that you absolutely have to practice at home. We've only had Max 3 weeks and already he's not the "crazy dog" anymore. Looking forward to the rest of the classes. Good Luck with your little sweetie |

| What's a good age to start training them? How early is too early?
