Hi,
I'm new to this site and i really wondered if anyone could help.
I am gettin my first yorkie pup in 2 weeks. And i am wondering if any one can give me tips on how to train her? I have already ordered a crate so am definitely gonna try and go down that route, also my friend who i am buying her from has started with a crate so hopefully she will be quite used to it? But where do i start when i get her home?

First off, welcome to YT!

I'm so happy to be the first one to welcome you! As for training.... I would first say, just relax and enjoy your new baby. I had good luck with pee pee pads. I got the disposable ones at Walmart and they are treated so that hopefully, your puppy will know to go there. I would crate Zoe during the night and when I was not home. I only work part time so she was not left alone long. If I had to be gone for a longer period of time I would block off my kitchen with her food water bed and pee pads and she would do really good with that. I'm not saying she never had accidents - she still has those but usually it's my fault for not paying enough attention to the "warning signs". I hope that helps a little and I'm sure there will be others who will have better advice than mine.
