Therapy Dog Donating Member | Well, I guess I will have to let you guys know how this works.....I've already lost 30 pounds since January but this last 10 is taking me forever so maybe this will boost the scale...I just can't add another exercise class - I'm up to 4 a week already and then doing treadmill on the off days at home. Yikes!

| My cousin is a nurse and she works for a gastroenterologist and he said it can cause "bathroom problems." I'm pretty sure it works kind of like Ollestra (oil) in the fat free chips - it block absorbtion of fat. When fat can't be absorbed by the body there is only one way out if ya know what I mean. The big pitfall of that is you can't control when it comes out |

Therapy Dog Donating Member | My niece is a nurse as well and I even asked my nutrionist at the Cleveland Clinic and since I'm already on a low-fat diet that this should not affect me this way - thank goodness. That only happens when people have too much fat in their diet already.

| I'm sorry, but any product that has to list the words "anal seepage" on the back of the package just isn't for me! LOL!

| They say the bathroom problems are for those who eat too much fat. Eat less fat and you won't have that side effect with the pill. Here is the million dollar (or $55) question. If you eat a low fat diet, why would you need a pill that blocks absorption of fat? You need some fat in your diet.

| Anything with Olestra (fat-free chips) has to list that...
