Brown Coach and White Coach purse!

Wow I would hate to think I got ripped off in Las Vegas so I may take the white on to a Coach store to check. Thanks for the info I will have them both checked out.

OK my daughter took the purses to the Coach store in Concord CA to see if they could look at them. The brown one is a very good fake! The white one is real and was sold in the early to mid 80's.

I'm giving the brown one to my grandaughter and keeping the white since it is hard to come by an older model based on what the salesperson said.She actually was nice enough to look it up. I feel a lot better now as the white one was in a shop in Las Vegas and I paid over 500.00 for it.

I really learned something and also had my daughter take my favorite black purses and they are real so I'm happy about that. I wish I could remember where I got the brown one

I'm glad that you found out, if you look at the C's you can see that they are off as well. I have that brown one, a fake one and it is a nice purse but only paid about $30 for it

I'm sorry that the brown was fake Unless you're buying it from the Coach store, or a reputable department store, I'd assume it's a fake. But hey, live and learn, right? I'm glad you didn't list it on Ebay as authentic, I hear that sellers can get into huge trouble for that

That white Coach is GORGEOUS and I don't blame you for keeping it I can't believe how CLEAN it is, if I used it once it would have a stain on it somewhere

Thank you! I didnt want to say anything but also Coach signature Cs line up when they get to a stitch... when you see the brown purse (nice looking as it is) the Cs do not line up, they are broken. That is a sign of a knockoff. Im sorry Jerri, I hope you really didn't pay $500 for them!

I can't even remember where I got the brown one and I'm sure I didn't pay over 200.00 but the white one was from Las Vegas and I know I paid over 500.00 for the set, I was so glad it was authentic. I will be much more careful buying next time. It is true you get what you pay for. I have an awesome black one I got in San Francisco at the coach outlet and did get it at a 35% discount it is my favorite.
