Frosty Paws Ice Cream We were having late-night cravings for ice cream one evening, and went to Safeways. I got a box of Neapolitan, Mike got a box of Vanilla..........and Otis got a box of Frosty Paws! Yes..ice cream made specifically for dogs that you can buy at the supermarket, and it's shelved right next to the Haagen Daaz! Otis loves it, so give it a try next time! Oh yeah, and Otis's ice cream was the most expensive out of the three of us.

Frosty Paws has been around for about 7 or 8 years. We always bought it for our lab before, and the yorkies too. another thing you can do for them is buy yogurt and freeze it and give them that for a treat in the hot weather. Course you can give it to them all year round.

| Frosty Paws! Will be on the lookout for it! Toto loves ice cream ... she gets an occasional spoon of nosugar/nofat but I would feel more comfortable if she had some of her own! Thanks, Junebug!!

I have bought it for Mojo and Byron before and yes, they love it. Living in Miami i have the excuse to always give them cold treats. It's extra nice for a teething puppy...we can also make our own using natural fruit juices, coconut water and even gatorade.

I didn't realize Frosty Paws had been around that long. In fact, we only found out about it when we were up in Tahoe shopping at a mega Safeway. And okay. I'll admit it. I tasted some of it, and it tasted HORRIBLE!!! Like frozen sawdust!

My husband is out grocery shopping right now for me ( im babysitting schatzie and don't wanna leave the house)...I wish I would have read this thread sooner so i could have put down the doggie ice cream on the grocery list. Well, next time I head to the store I will get some for sure!!! However, I am NOT going to taste it like some of you did, LOL !!
