| Kong filler ideas I am wondering what others have used as treats to stuff a kong with. I read somewhere that brown rice, mashed potatoes and other such food would work, but I don't know if this is healthy?? The wet food is to messy, and dry food is to small and easily falls out. Any suggestions? She doesn't care for peanut butter. |

| I was thinking of this the other day, didn't try it though. Maybe a little bit of nutrical around the inside, not a lot though, just a normal serving size of it.

| Kong sells stuffing in a can that you can squirt out into the toy. They also sell treats that fit perfectly in. |

's in different area's and I paniced. All I could think of was pancreatitis! I stopped and nothing more. It has been 6 weeks since that incident. I am not sure if it is a coincidence or I got lucky this time. Carol and Buddy | |

| http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sea...earchid=894017 There are two threads in the search option that lists various different fillers for Kongs. Good luck!

| You could put cheerios or food in it and seal it on the ends with a little smear of peanut butter or something else sticky like that. |

| I put the kibble in and then seal it with low fat cream cheese, natural PB (love TJ's!) or a slice of banana (just mash it in there) Then sometimes I top it off with plain yogurt. Then freeze. Kongsicles rock and when you put the kibble in first you don't have to spend as much time cleaning the insides. Dishwasher it and you're good to go.

| I bought my puppy a Kong, but I'm a little fearful of putting anything in it just yet. At what age do you guys start filling them? She's only 10 weeks. Sorry for going off-topic on this thread. |
