It takes a little patience.....but other than that, it's pretty easy!

I just opened it on ImageReady CS (an adobe photoshop program) and duplicated the picture about 4 times, then I just used the clone stamp, liquify, lasso, copy/paste, free transform/rotate. Then I layered them all and then set the times on each frame with the animations window.

It sounds complicated but its' the same process I use for every avatar....pretty much. :-)

Well these moving avatars are just too cute for words. Val you are way too talented for you own good...haha...by the way I taught Coco everything except we're having some trouble with roll over and crawl...thanks for that.
