Try the sponge balls for cats. Mine love them and don't chew them up. They just have fun tossing them up in the air and chasing them. They are very bouncy too even on carpet. I get them at Petsmart. | |

| Shake-n-sing toys My just loves his shaking and singing toys. About 6 months ago i bought him a toy that looks like the old "gluck"-toys we played with when I was a child. It is hairy, starts shaking on impact and "sings" "Who let the dog" out? That was now money well spend! Samson has hours and hours of fun. He grabs the hair spins around as fast as he can, lets it go and when it comes 'alive' on impact the fun begins! |

| Sadie loves the water bottle. She likes to chew on the lid because of the ridges on it. I think she likes the sound her teeth make when they scrape over it...or maybe it feels good...or both. I don't know. But I do have to watch her, because she chews on it so hard, she starts to destroy the lid (it doesn't take long either) and then the fun is over.

| There is a toy at PetSmart that is an empty water bottle covered in fabric to look like different animals.. dogs obviously love the crunching sound the empty bottle makes -- this toy maybe safer than an empty bottle for the avid chewer!!
