| Toys for puppies that like paper and cardboard Hi! My 4.5 month little girl loves paper, cardboard and plastic from packaging. I'm trying as much as possible to keep her away from these and redirect her to her toys but she always finds the other stuff more interesting even though she has tons of toys and different kinds of bones. Anyone have this problem and knows of some toys that meet that sensory need? |

| Welcome to YT, shredding anything that's paper seems to be a yorkie trait lol. You will have to make every effort to keep these things out of her reach. Yorkies are very mischievous little monkeys, if you don't see them they are sure to be getting into something. There really isn't any one toy that will make them not want paper or cardboard, plastic is very dangerous. You can try Kong toys that you fill with kibble or treats. If she is food motivated this will keep her focused on trying to get the treat out of the Kong instead of going for the paper. But, you still have to keep those items where she cannot reach them. She is still a baby.

| Thank goodness for paperless receipts! Our two are three years old, and when my husband empties his pockets at the end of the day, he will sometimes drop a receipt. They are "faster than a speeding bullet", and it is never found intact again. With a yorkie, who needs a paper shredder?
