Welcome to YT, shredding anything that's paper seems to be a yorkie trait lol. You will have to make every effort to keep these things out of her reach. Yorkies are very mischievous little monkeys, if you don't see them they are sure to be getting into something. There really isn't any one toy that will make them not want paper or cardboard, plastic is very dangerous. You can try Kong toys that you fill with kibble or treats. If she is food motivated this will keep her focused on trying to get the treat out of the Kong instead of going for the paper. But, you still have to keep those items where she cannot reach them. She is still a baby.
