| Interactive dog toy recommendations, please? I want to get some interactive dog toys for my crew so I'm looking for some recommendations. Does anyone have any that their dogs absolutely love? |

| Mine really like this game. I put kibble or pieces of chicken under the cups and they work to get the food out. At first they were frustrated and lazy but once they got it down, they really enjoy it. Dog Games :: Puzzle Toys :: Paw Hide -

| Sadie loves a toy I got from the Vet's office. It is like the Kong wobbler, but a different shape. I have seen them at Concord Pets but can't remember the name off hand. It is a small blue odd shaped circle that you fill with treats or kibble and she bats it around the floor or gets up on the furniture and drops it, etc. She LOVES it. You can make it easy or difficult to get the kibble out. I like to make it a little hard so that she gets a lot of fun out of it. The vet told me you can also fill it with kibble, then seal the opening with peanut butter and put it in the freezer overnight for an added level of difficulty. They had me use this on Sadie as she was not eating right when I first got her, and they didn't want her to go into hypoglycemic shock. So this toy encourages her to eat because it is a lot of fun. She is a little piggy now. :-) At puppy class they were showing us a lot of interactive toys that you can get at Pet's Mart. I don't live very close to one, so I haven't had the chance to check it out yet, but I would like to see when I get a chance. Sadie needs some mental stimulation, and mommy needs some quiet time. :-) |

| Huey loves his Nylabone Romp'n Chomp Treat Dispenser Dog Toy From Petsmart https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YZa8...e_gdata_player I have found that when he won't eat, if I put his kibble in this, he gobbles it up. This works well when I am out of town and his daddy feeds him, because he normally won't eat unless I'm there.

| A nice cheap interactive game is to roll treats or their kibble up in a small toy. They have to figure out how to unroll the towel to get the treats. Or you can use a muffin tin and put treats in random cups and cover with a ball or crumpled up paper. You should supervise when playing this game, especially if you use crumpled up paper. |

| Tibbe loves that, too. He loves kibble in empty 2 or even 3 liter cola bottles which he has to manhandle and bounce really hard to get anything out of. Plus he loves kongs he has to hit or bounce to make them give up the kibble. He also has a puzzle toy he has to move the cover off a series of recessed areas with his paw of to reveal the kibble underneath but he aces that quickly. His favorite way to eat his dinner is piece at a time from a plastic bottle or kong toy he has to maneuver or bounce to get his food from. If I give him his choice of his food in a bowl to be easily eaten or food in a kong he has to work to get, he goes for the kong every time
