| Durable Toy Oh, and he easily destroyed 3 different kinds of those pet stages toys..[/QUOTE] You are kidding me! Was this a yorkie? I bought some that are made for parrots to hang from an expen. They are made of the same material but they have hanging things on them. I love them. |

| Lots of toys here, take a look, maybe ask the owners of the store what they recommend for a durable yorkie toy...they always get back to me on my questions...worth a look and a question!! good luck...my yorkie has tons of toys, but never tears them to shreds, thankfully!! cheers Last edited by admin; 10-09-2009 at 01:23 PM. |

| Our dogs do the same thing. We buy them stuffed toys, it looks like there's snow covering our floor within minutes. We buy them rubber, they start chewing little pieces off. We buy them balls, they're ripped to shreds. My stepmom's Shih Tzu is worse about the stuffed animals, but it's still a problem. We've found rope toys to be pretty durable, but other than that... I'll definitely have to check out some of the suggestions in here.

| I have two everlasting treatballs. They are super durable and show zero wear so far (almost a year?). My dogs don't like Kongs. I wish they did.

| Boy I guess I'm one of the fortunate ones, Winston really loves his toys...but he doesn't intentionally destroy them...yes, he has worn a few out that needed to be replaced but it's from playing very hard with them. He is 5 years old and still has the very first toys I got him for his home coming, he sleeps with them daily and prances around with them in his mouth as if they were his own babies. He's so dang cute, I just love him.

| Any of the rubber chewable Kongs are great. They seem almost indestructable. You can stuff them with PB, yogurt, kibble, or treats, and even freeze them. We love the kongs here |

| Thanks for this thread! I've been needing more durable toys because Capone hates kongs. I'm going to try some of these ideas, thanks.

| Hi. I think all of us have the same problem here.hehe. What i try to do is buy her a set of squeaky toys. Those that are in set and can be bought in a cheaper price. I saw one in target which was already a SET then i bought it for a much lower price through Target Coupons |
