YT Addict | Strong enough for a Doberman but made for a Yorkie. I had 3 big dogs in my house, a golden retriever, a great Pyrenees cross and a Doberman.... then there is Lexie my 5 month old Yorkie. I have a problem with toys, anything I buy for Lexie is destroyed almost as soon as one of the larger dogs gets a hold of it. Any recommendations on toys that are tough but not too big?? Thanks, Jen |

However the Cuz toys do pretty well and hold good as well as any kong toys. They both come in small sizes as well as big and they are pretty tough and made for durance. Mine love the Cuz toys, they have a lot of fun with them and so does Daisy without destroying them. | Cuz toys are awesome. In my house, I find that the teeny tiny stuffed toys tend to last longer b/c they aren't big enough for my big girl to really get a grip on to rip apart.

| Heehee! I am a Dobe/Yorkie household so I can definitely feel your pain! I have had great success with plush toys made by Material Dog. They come in various sizes (some perfect mini Yorkie size) and what is so wonderful is that they dont have any stuffing and they have a velcro opening in the back so that you can replace the squeaker once one of the bigger dogs de-squeaks it. All of their toys come with a replacement squeaker and you can buy a pack of replacements too. I have had some of these for almost 2 years--talk about durable! They are also really cute! Good luck with your toy hunt!! |

| My Rudy is still an agressive chewer/toy destroyer at 2 years old. He has 2 Nylabone stuffed squeaky toys that he plays with everyday and they have held up very well. Good Luck in your toy search.
