| i was wondering how you "ship" your yorkies? also, what does "Breeding rights" mean and why is there a different price? i am not looking for a new Yorkie right now, as my two year yorkie Zack, just died on sat night. I miss him so much and am devastated (you can read his and my story in the RIP section). as i was saying, i cant even think about a new puppy now, but i hope to be able to one day. that is why i asked my questions. i miss my zackie. I use the Airlines with the best flight available. It is scary, but they have always done very well. We ship out of Kansas City. Babies without breeding rights can be purchased more reasonable for families not interested in breeding but want quality. We either spay/neuter at our Vet or require pets to be spayed/neutered. Breeding comes with a lot of responsibility to try your best to produce the best possible babies, true to Standard, and not given out easily. We can then make sure that someone breeding our lines has the intention of continuing to improve the breed. AKC has a place on the registration papers to restrict breeding rights. It is called limited registration. If bred anyway, AKC will not register the puppies produced from a dog with a limited registration. It helps us protect the integrity of our lines we have worked so hard to improve on. In any case, I hope this answers your questions. Feel free to call me if I have confused you and can explain it better. God Bless you during your time of sorrow! Deb | |

| thanks Deb. you did answer my questions. Like i said, due to zack dying so recently, i am not ready for a new puppy. but, i hope that one day i will be. i think that is what zackie would want for me. the only thing is that i would want a new puppy that has some similar qualities as zack. so, when the time comes, i will really look around at various breeders. thanks, Allan |

I read your post about Zack's passing. I am so sorry!! Time does heal, but it will take a lot of time. It took me 6 months to even mention Haley's name without crying. I still have a place in my heart for her, and still hate that she's not here, but although no one has taken her place, I have found new places in my heart for others. The qualities that you mentioned that Zack had, is typical Yorkie.. at least in most I've had. They are truly amazing little kids! You will have a new best friend when you are ready, and your little guardian angel will be happy for you; If I can help in any way, don't hesitate to contact me; Thank you and God Bless your family!! | This guy's Dad (Kodak) now has a point towards his AKC Championship, he received last weekend. I figured that I better give updated pics and information. This male is getting better and better for Quality. He weighs 4 lbs 4 oz and all body structure. He should top out like his dad at 5 1/2 lbs, which is nice Show Size, or a wonderful quality pet. He is now almost 16 weeks. He has a great personality, he gets along well with other dogs, loves people and attention. Nice easy going, tail up, head high personality. He, as well as all babies are microchipped, Vet Checked several times, All Shots, including Rabies, and Guaranteed Healthy. Check out his pedigree in a previous post, its superb! Thank you Deb www.amazingyorkies.com |
