| Gorgeous males and females from South dakota Show dogs are usually bigger and they are much easier to raise they take less care then a tiny little yorkie does to raise up and there is a lot more expence involved in raising the tiny yorkies. As well as the time and care you have into them. The bigger show dogs usually go home at 8wks old and the little ones i keep until they are at least 3 to 6 months old. Natalie

| The pups are very pretty. My Lil Bit I am keeping because he is so small and not yet out of the woods, he is nearly 5 months old and even as much experience as I have with the Yorkies, I almost lost him Sunday when he crashed and was flat out. Had I not known what to do, he would have died for sure if someone was trying to make it to the vet. I worked with him for over an hour to get him stablized. His sire is one of my Champions and his dam is Ch sired and both are over 5 lbs I would never think of breeding for that size. Too much heartache. I would not even think of placing him due to his very small size. I don't see any extra expense at all raising him all, just more time consuming as far as I do feed him more times a day and watch him like a hawk, I am still on the edge of my seat with him because I sure don't want to loose him, I love him to peices. I would be so afraid to let him go, much less ship him. Deana Prestigeous |

| Show dogs are easy to find and easy to raise they are much bigger dogs and usually go home at about 8wks old tiny Quality tiny yorkies take a lot more care and a lot more time i usually keep them until the are at least 3 to 6 months old to raise tiny yorkies you have to be completly dedicated to what you do when they are born you need to monitor them at least every 3 hours there whelping boxes have to be at a certain temperture at all time and so on and they are much more difficult to find as well as there is not a large quantity of them available they only have 2 or three puppies a litter bigger show dogs have 6 to 7 puppies a litter so there is a lot more of them available as well. | Gee, I wish my bigger show dogs had 6 or 7 puppies at a time!!! The average is usually 3. And I dont let mine go until they are 12 weeks or when I feel they are ready sometimes it takes a little longer. If I have a tiny, sometimes I keep them until they are 6 months or longer. Looks like to me tht just as much time and money are spent for both sizes. |

| The norm for my litters are 2 -3 in a litter. Are most of yours born by CSections? That would increase the costs. I try to avoid that by breeding bigger girls so scarey for the small girls to go thru that to produce puppies. Heck a lot of times I get only one per litter. But I am breeding for me first and foremost. We sometimes keep until 9 months or so to realize they didn't get big enough then place them into pet homes. I always have people waiting to see if one is going to make the cut or become available as a pet for them. Best of luck with your pups. Deana Prestigeous |

| well if you raise yorkies you know as well as i do it depends on what you like I love my tiny yorkies and most likely if your tiny came from two larger parents he was the runt of the litter which are much more challenging then a tiny that came from a litter of 2 or 3 puppies but it all depends on what you like and what you like to do I don't have a a lot of yorkies I don't show my dogs because i had a very bad exsperience with a show person who was suppose to be showing my dog for me and she used him as a stud and would not even give me one of my own puppies in return and I had paid her 12000.00 dollars + show fees it was a big mess so I'm sure you can understand why I would not want to be a part of that world I am just a small home breeder and i love my babies and they love me all my puppies are in my bed room and my mothers and fathers all sleep with me they are the joy of my life I never have any csections as to speak so far and i have had very good luck with them being healthy and well but i do have food available for them at all times a lot of times i can hear them crunching on food in the middle of the night i keep food for them on my head board of my bed they have to eat at least every 3 to 4 hours because there little stomachs can not hold enough food for them to go 8hrs with out food you have to make sure they take there naps so they don't play to hard and wear themselfs out they are much different then a bigger yorkie but once they are at least a year old they do very very well it's just when they are younger is when they don't realize they are little dogs some of them think they are 10 pounds but they are a lot of fun they bring so much joy into my life every day and i don't know what I would ever do without them I would be lost they are the love of my life and we go every where together. So it does get better as they get older my little Joshua is only a pound in a half and he has never been sick a day in his life he is one of the healthiest little dogs i have ever owned and what a joy he is and he is 3 yrs old now. I have seen your dogs and you also have very beautiful puppies I always considered you a quality breeder you must work very hard keeping up all those show coats is not an easy job at all and traveling all over to shows takes up a lot of time and money as well as the work invovled in showing them. Natalie

| I don't know to much about the bigger yorkies you would be the one to know about them I guess But i also think it depends on the breeder and it seems to me that you do a wonderful job with your dogs I would never offend anyone or tell anyone what to raise or do I think that is there business and it all depends on what someone is conforable with you have beautiful yorkies to and i'm sure you work very hard at what you do we all do when it comes to raising dogs some people think this is such an easy task but i'm sure you know this is not the way it is as well as i do it takes a special person to raise dogs Natalie

It takes a lot of time and special care to have show dogs of such quality like you have. You do a wonderful job with your dog Natalie
