Since the #4 harness is so close to the measurement you need I can just take the velcro off the chest and add a slightly bigger piece so it will fit a 12.25 inch chest and I do still have that item available and I also have #10 and yes I do think it will fit

Thank you for being so patient with me about how to order directly off of a YT thread using PayPal. I had no idea how easy it was and have not taken advantage of ordering on these types of threads simply due to the fact that I just had no idea how to pay with no "check out" section.
