OMG That's so awful, I'm sorry I keep getting emails from them wanting me to attach my bank account (get verified!) and I didn't do it because I was afraid of exactly this happening to us They say it can't happen, but shifty people can be very very smart!

I hope that PayPal is going to make good on their promises of safety, they sure do say it enough
