I got ours today. The dogs look so cute in them.What is left in medium that would work for a boy? The small fits my boy but I think a medium would be a little better fit.

That would probably be a tiny, my 3 pound wears a xtra small and it is alittle big on her. She has a measurement chart and the top of this thread.

I would start with the Tiny is he is only 2 pounds and still a little pup. I have several boy clearance tinies left - blue stripe, beige dog print, red plaid, and primary dog stripe. Just PM me if you are interested in any of those.

Let me clarify, the xtra small isn't too big on her , just a little loose. I have bought them where they fit snug and I'm not really sure what everyone else prefers . I like mine on the snug side so they don't slide around on them.
