| new to the forums and yorkie ownership! Hi, I am an American living in Berlin, Germany (as a student) and i will be getting a Biewer in about 2 and a half weeks. I have all the supplies and such, and I am searching for a vet that speaks english (my german is almost fluent, but I am just not ready to give over things that have to do with my health and that of my dogs, they are just to complicated to understand in a second language) I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone on the Europe form. My Biewer's name is Hepburn and he is 2 months old today. His picture is my profile picture. I am very excited to be a first time yorkie owner, although I had 3 different dogs growing up (also all terriers, but none this small, a westie who is no longer with us, a welsh and a wire hair fox, who both still live with my parents in the states). Also, if anyone on here is in Germany, or even better, Berlin, please PM me, I am looking to find other small dog owners to help with socialization, as I am taking Hepburn with me to the states in the summer, and he will be around my parent's dogs and I want to make sure he has met and socialized with dogs before then, as that is very important from what I understand. |

| Hi and welcome to YT your little Hepburn is a doll. You are going to love having a Biewer. They are just the sweetest little dogs. My Bogie came to the states from Germany. Good luck in finding a vet.

| Welcome! Sorry not in germany - although I am trying to convince my hubby to come over and pick me up a biewer! Congrats on your baby! there are some expat forums in germany that are great at getting people together. But since you are fluent, you may find that your vet offers or allows advertising for puppy classes or parties. Have a look there. Your breeder could help with that, too! |

Donating YT 1000 Club Member | Welcome to YT! Have you tried looking thru the "Europe" category in the Regional forum? It's in the blue bar under the super large Yorkietalk.com sign at the top of every page. Hope that helps a little.
